The Managing Partner of the firm, holds Bachelor Degree of Accountancy with honours in 1999. He also completed his Master in Forensic Accounting and Financial Criminology in 2011. He  is  a  professional accountant registered  as  a  chartered accountant with the  Malaysian  lnstitute of  Accountants (MlA), and  is an approved  company  auditor  under  the  Companies  Act 1965 and  a qualified company secretary under the same Act. He is also an approved auditor under Cooperation Act 1993.

He started his career as an auditor  with Al Jafree  &  Co,  an  audit  firm.  He  later moved to become the partner of Mohd Ali &  Co, also a firm of  chartered accountants and  auditors  based  in  Terengganu, Kelantan  and  Kuala Lumpur. His areas  of  expertise, which he  has  been practicing  since  13  years  ago  are  in  financial  reporting,  auditing, assurance, forensic  accounting and  accounting information  system. In between his commitment, he participates actively in programs conducted by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), in particular as a member of the case-writing (integrated case study) group.
